How to eliminate signature from new email

Hi,
I would like to create new mailItem object and eliminating the
signature which defined in Tools -> Options -> Signatures.
I want to eliminate the signature only from my addin, if the user
click the regular new message button or the reply button, signature
will be dispalyed
Is it possible to do?

Newbie playing with Outlook VBA.
Using Outlook 2007
I'd like to get the name from TO and copy it to the text to end up with Dear
.... when I hit a keyboard shortcut
For example, say To is John Brown. I'd like to end up with Dear John when I
hit a keyboard shortcut

i have an Outlook 2007 and create eMail-Objects from an external Software.
(CRM - System)
EMail - Format in Outlook is HTML and works fine.
But when i create a new MailItem from the CRM-System the Format-Template
"Standard (Web)"
brings up a different "vbCRLF"-behaviour.

I have a macro which is in excel to read other users inbox. I am getting the
security warning while trying to read the inbox.
Please let me know if there is a way to avoid this warning, when the code is
not written in outlook
