The company that I work for wants to implement a new security policy
for Outlook 2003.
The user have to confirm everytime they send an email outside the
(Exchange) organisation, They will for example receive a message box

How to retrieve unformatted FullName from a Contact

Re-packinging office (Outlook %username%) help!

When I type in %username% when configuring a mail profile the name will
not resolve.
However if I open dos window and type %username% I get my username
returned, and if I type that value into the profile the name resolves
properly. And no I don't get a list of names returned to choose from.

Uninstalling an Addin

Hello, My Outlook Addin uses its own Toolbar. If this Addin will be
uninstalling, the Toolbar remain in Outlook with no any functionality. Is
there a way removing it by uninstall?
A workaround I have done is: adding it when Outlook starts and removing it
by shutdown.
