Recipients do not receive cancel message when removed

I think I may have stumbled across a pretty strange bug with CDO...
I am trying to run a very simple piece of code that creates an
appointment with 2 recipients, than removes one of them.
What happens is that both recipients receive the appointment message as
they should.

Changing Default Menu Selection Form Forms

When choosing a user-defined template in Outlook, the menu trail defaults to
"Organizational Forms Library" (Path = New/Choose Form/Organizational Forms
Library). My templates are stored in “User Templates in File System” (this
is where the help menu tells you to put them).

A MAPI error when I try to publish a custom form

Hi,
I opened a custom form from my Personal Form Folder and tried to publish it
again in this folder even if I don't make any changes and I try to do it in
two ways:
1. Tools -> Publish Form. I don't get any error but the changes don't
published and I get the old copy of the form.
