Installation/Understanding Troubles

I'm trying to get FP 2002 installed on a server so that we can do
remote web development and debugging.
I seem to have it basically installed, although I had considerable
difficultly getting to this point. I can run the Microsoft Sharepoint
Administrator to get the FrontPage Server Extensions 2002 - Server

Cannot publish my site from Front Page 2003 to IIS 6 box

I am selecting the "Publish Site" under "File" menu. FP then takes me to

ISP doesn't support sub-webs with FrontPage extensions

My ISP supports FrontPage server extensions but won't permit the creation of
sub-webs. They do however allow the creation of sub-domains (using FTP), but
only if server extensions are not activated.
I'm not prepared to work without the extensions capability, and can't
indentify a practical workaround to not ...

Hello,
I do not know if it is the same company, but the company I resell from has
stated that because MS is dropping FP Extentions, so are they. We only have
to January to convert or reloacte all of our account. I am so disappointed
with them.
