Unabe to login to FPSE with root

I've been having a ton of problems recently with trying to get FP extensions
to work with subdomains. I think I've figured that part out, but now
something completely new has cropped up.
I can't login to my Administration Home as "root". I can login as Admin,
but that doesn't help much. I've confirmed ...

It succeeded in the installation of FPSE 2002. There is no error even in the
log of apache 1.3.33.
But,Using FrontPage 2003, when publishing, problem occurs.
After the publishing, when it compares with the local file and the remote

I published a FP 2003 site to an outside Unix server running FPE. One of the
pages on the site has three Windows Media files.
When I browse to the page with the WMV files and click on one of the links,
the contents of the file are displayed as text gibberish on my IE6 (WinXP
Pro SP2) browser, and ...

using Insert | Navigation. These are vertical, graphical navbars based off a

Moved site from Windows to Unix

Since I moved my site to accomodate taking Curl to a Unix server I have not
been able to login using FrontPage 2003. The FP extensions are enabled, I can
use an FTP program but not FrontPage. Does anyone have some suggestions as to
what I need to do? I'll appreciate anything! ...
