Color palettes switching between Excel files

I have recently found that if I open two workbooks with different color
palettes, in the same instance of Excel, the color palettes will switch from
one file to other, and mess up all the colors. I try to switch it back using
the Tools -> Options -> Color menu, but any file that I try to use as a base

As I try to figure out what html and CSS is all about, I've come to point
where I like an image to pop up when I hover over certain parts of an image.
What I have tried is to cut out a part of the image out and to put it back
on top of the original image, but it is a lot of work and a lot of images.

I am new to this as well. But my way of doing this would be to just copy all
web pages folders to an external drive, then copy all files to the church
computer. Go to web site setup and create the web site to matchthe folders
alrady in place.
When I reload my web server from home this is how I approach it ...

inserting video into a web site

Running server 2003, frontpage 2003 and am trying to insert video into a web
page that can be viewed either through media player on the web site or any
player for that matter. Any help in accomplishing this would be

The Visual Web 2008 Express Edition uses the Expression Web design pane,
and is really aimed at web programmers, not web designers.
