Does webbot component can be used in Sharepoint Designer?

I developed a webbot component for FrontPage2003, it works well in FP.
Could it be used in Sharepoint Designer? I copy the dll files to the
subdirectory of %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office12\BOTS as use in FP,
but it can not show in the insert web component dialog... ...

A few years ago, I had an add-on, I don't remember the nae, but I remember
what it did.
You could take a photo, or any image file, and make a table out of it, and
snip the picture into the cells of said table.
