Frontpage error notice

Hi,
When I open my web page up in Frontpage 2003 (I was previously using an
older version, 2000 I think), an error notice comes up saying:
Couldnâ??t open file:
C:\Users\Liz\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet

I have just upgraded from FP 2002 to FP 2003. Installed 2003 and then removed
2002...probably a big mistake. I started to install WMP add-in and got two
errors.

Does anyone have any suggestions to create a "Email a Friend" link on my
site, that emails to a user specified address, with the appropriate from
email address, and that also includes either a link to the page, or a
snapshot of the page?

Hi campers!
I can't install my legal fp2000 disc. I'm running windows xp with
student/home office 2007. It works on others ' machines (not using 2007
office though).
I've tried copy and paste to a new folder on desktop but says cant read disc.
Is there a simple explanation for this?
What should I do next?

I have a reunion page that i'm trying to set up a sort of sign in page that
will collect the data from the person signing up eg: email address , home
address/phone number etc. and then show the persons name and graduation
year on another page so that others can see who's coming.
