Move emails older than a certain date to another folder in public folders

I have a big archive of emails stored in the public folders in a lot of
sub-folders. Now I want to move the older files to another archive
folder in the public folder. Does anyone know a tool or method to do
so. I know that the archioving function of outlook does exactly this,
but that only works on private in ...

e-trust Outlook is crashing. Event viewer shows this

Outlook 2000 with an Outlook 98 error ??
