Notes/outlook connector issues..

We are using a helpdesk software that requires a MAPI link to our notes
helpdesk mailboxes. Win XP pro SP1 and Notes 6.5.1. The helpdesk software had
issues when trying to connect directly to notes via MAPI , so I turned to the
outlook / notes connector for Outlook XP.

Adding text and attachments to multiple replies

I have 30 messages that I want to add a standard reply message and attach
the same file to each message. Can I do this with built in mail merge
features or do I need an add on?
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

problem synchronizing with blackberry

I have the nextel blackberry9270 which was synchronizing just fine with
outlook 2000. when I upgraded to outlook 2003 outlook stopped synchronizing
with my blackberry. I tried removing the blackberry software and reinstalling
it to no avail. Has anyone else experienced this or does any one know what I
migh ...

Looking for a utility to repair pst file

Anyone out there come across a utility to repair a pst file yet? Mine was
simply copied while Outlook was open.
Scanpst wont repair it (nor will ontrack's software or pst19upg.exe unless
anyone knows how to run this utility properly)
