Public Folders Autoupdate Calendar appointments

Is there a way to get a Public Folder to automatically update appointments?
For example - I set a meeting from 9am-10am and invite the Public Folder. It
then goes on to the Public Folder as tentative. Then I change the meeting to
be from 11am-12pm. It then puts a second meeting on the Public Folder as

does anyone know when exporting files out of outlook and creating csv files,
is there away of bring across the date of which the email was sent. from the
custom mask there does not seem to be the date option. is there away of
bring the date across onto the csv file?
