Controlling POP3 mail downloading during Send/Receive Action

Currently, I have a user that connects to a MS Exchange 5.5 server via the MS
Exchange client and Outlook 2003. Hence, all of his mailbox items are stored
on the server. This user wants to access the server via POP3/SMTP (which is

I have four administrative groups (four sites), these sites are in different
places, all of them are over Echange server Standard 2000. These server were
migrated of exchange server 5.5.
My problem is that i can't see the folder container in the console manager,
in that way i can't access to the others opt ...

Automatically delete Attachements from sent items

I have a network that needs to keep users mailboxes under 50MB. So getting
rid of file attachments is a high priority. I would like to know if there is
a rule i can run so that everytime i send a email with a attachment it
automatically removes the attachment from the email in the sent items folder.

Moving mailbox items from server to Personal Folders in Outlook 20

I am using Outlook 2003 to connect to an Exchange 5.5 Mailbox. I have
created an Outlook 2003 PST file and set it to deliver new mail to the
Personal folders. When I open Outlook 2003, all of my 'Inbox' items are

Default view for contacts for everybody

is create a default view so that everybody gets the same columns. For
