Question about Journal in Outlook

Hi all,
I have a very simple question. Can we customise the Entry Types for Journal?
The default that Outlook provides are Phone Call, Conversation, Task,
Microsoft Excel, etc.
Can we add our own? I ask because in my office we use Journal for work
collaboration, and it would be helpful if we can create ...

Messages in the inbox show as unread when you first open outlook

When Outlook2000 sp3 opens up all the messages in my inbox show as unread.
They appear as the closed envelope, however they are not bold. As soon as I
scroll down one message outlook refresh and all the messages now have the
open envelope next them like it should be. Do you know what is causing this.

Last "To:" memory

When I create a new message and I type the first few characters into the To:
fieild, it will drop down and list the last addresses or names that match
what I entered. The question is: How do you edit or clear that list?

We have team calendars set up at our office. I'm trying to import some work
orders from Access. In Access they are sorted by who they're assigned to. I
want to import the work order and have it get tagged to the appropriate
person's tasks. Is there a way to do this? I know how to get ALL the work

Outlook 2000 -- pst could not be accessed // SetProps Failed

I am unable to move items between folders and am getting all sorts of new
errors.
I am also getting a "SetProps failed with [[and then a bunch of numbers"
with the dialog description of "Net Folder Debug".
How do I fix this?
I am running Outlook 2000 on Win98SE with net folders.

Synchro Shared Calendar in Exchange 2003 with a PDA

In Outlook 2003, connected to a server Exchange 2003, is it possible to
synchronise a shared folder (a calendar) with a PDA ?
Is there a way maybe to synchronize a shared calendar, with the local
calendar in the PST file, then synchronize the local calendar with the PDA ?
Help appreciated.
