Outlook 2003: Choose Form

Hi,
Currently all the outlook templates are stored in one directory. I
have been unable clear the approx. 40 listings (sources) that appear
in the 'Choose Form' drop down box. Have deleted Outcmd.dat ;
frmcache.dat as suggested by a number of people and the same list
comes up - bad dog!
Any suggestions a ...

HELP! Windows Installer Error 1605 - Can't open OutLook with InfoPath

Problem when others open the .oft file

Hello.
We found that PrepareForm generates access violation in Office 2003 SP3.
It will generate access violation if you try to call it from external
process. In our case we have to call PrepareForm from uninstallation. It
