I have the outlook 97 Help Desk form from MS download.
I changed the send to field to my personal inbox.
I removed the comment from the Set One Folder, Set TwoFolder, and Set

Assigning Hot Key to Form

I have created a form in Outlook 2003 SP3 that is stored in my Personal Forms
Library.
Is there any way that I can assign a hot key combination to open the form
from anywhere within Outlook to avoid the need to go through New > Chose Form
> Personal Forms Library and Select from the list of forms therein?

I have noticed that within my custom Outlook form that within a textbox, I
cannot use the SPELLCHECK functionality. It appears that this is only
available using the Message field in place of the text box, which would
hinder my form since I need multiple text boxes and mutliple message body
