Outlook 2003 sends incomplete emails

Outlook 2003 not syncing with Exchange 2003

Local Failures folder. There is also a report stating : Moved a message that

User(s) not appearing in address book

Hi all ~ I have a user whom I have added to my Exchange Server. While I can
see this user in my Outlook address book, many other users cannot. I have
had this happen in the past but could not come to a solution. Any ideas?
