'Work Offline' option not present

I use Outlook 2003 SP3 on Windows XP. For some reason I don't have the Work
Offline option in my File menu. I remember it was there in my earlier machine
which had Windows 2000, but I'm sure this problem hasn't anything to do with
the flavour of Windows.

Outlook Installed and working but NO MAIL ICON in control pannel

Because of this I cannot set up a second profile. I've tried uninstalling
and reinstalling Outlook and all of Office 2007 but no luck. Any idea how to
set to registry flag that tells Vista that I've run Outlook so I can set up

Outlook Connector - Mail for Hotmail account shows up in outlook b

it's not listed as being set up as an account, therefore I can only receive,
not send any mail. This started after I tried to uninstall Outlook Connector
- guess I didn't do it right. Can anybody help me get this straightened out?

Re-installing contacts with a .pst file

I recently re-formatted the hard drive on my personal computer at home. I
thought I had backed up the contact information correctly in a .pst file. I
suspect I might have made a mistake in doing so. Apparently, I was supposed
to copy both the Outlook.pst and Archive.pst files. Since I only have one

Personal folders disappear

I've recently begun to experience a problems when opening Outlook 2003. I
get an error message to say thea the file C:\......\local
settings\applications\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst file cannot be found. I
check the folder and there is nothing in the folder. I restore the files
from backup and it works ...
