Huge response delay when relying or forwarding a digitally signed

2003 Automatic Send/Recieve not working

I have the Send/Recieve Groups set up to schedule an automatic send/recieve
every 5 minutes. But for some reason it's not working. This is not a new
problem but when I first installed Office 2003 it worked correctly. I'm not
sure what I should do to correct this issue.

Hi, i've been searching a lot but haven't found anything useful.
Is there anything new regarding the issue with Outlook 2007 not displaying
the systray alert (envelope icon), when new mail arrives and is filtered into
a custom folder (not inbox)? All i've found was that "Outlook 2007 was
designed like that" ...
