Outlook 2003 - SMTP to Exchange 2010 Migration

Our business has about 175 users all using Outlook 2003 and we currently are
using IMail as our mail server.
I have just installed Exchange 2010 and would like to miagrate all of my
users over to the new server.

Outlook will not open. Wants to repair. does that just fine. Then
wont open again, wants to repair. Just a loop. What can I do next.
Tried to uninstall and did a fresh install and same effects.

We have an application with a report module. When we select email, the
application uses MAPI and Outlook 2007 to process the reports for each email
account in Exchange. The report will generate over 70 email messages to send
the attached Word document.
