Importing Address Book

I would like to import my address book, including all contact information,
from Eathlink Total Access 2005 to Outlook 2003. Could anyone tell me if
that's possible and if so, how?

Send multiple emails all at once

User creates a series of emails to one individual address. All the messages
sit in a subfolder similar to the drafts folder, and he would like to send
them all at once, rather than individually. Is this possible to do? Thank

Outlook-Still not closing properly......

Several times a day, OL2007 does not close properly. OL runs through the
diagnostic and finds no issues.
I've disabled a few add-ins, specifically one connected to itunes and

cursor moving

when I am typing an email message, I am somehow hitting some unknown
keystroke that moves the cursor and performs commands.... primarily moving to
a different place on the page/in the email or sometimes inserts something
that happens to be on my clipboard. I cannot figure out what combination of

Hi,
Users randomly get the above error message when they try to search in
Outlook 2007. This problems seems only to occur in our Terminal Server /
Citrix environment. What might be special here is that we have English Office

Editing the Save Sent Items List

Is there a way to delete folder entries from the Save Sent Items list
(Options | Save Sent Items on the Send Message form) in Outlook 2007? It
seems to add an item automatically whenever it is selected from the Other
Folders... dialog, but I can't figure out how to remove a previously added
item.

Outlook 2003 won't send mail- ThorConnWndClass error

Outlook 2003 won't send mail and when I try and shut down the PC with Outlook
open I get a ThorConnWndClass won't close error.
I've tried detect and repair, uninstall, reinstall and Service Pack 3 update.
Is there a hotfix to rectify this issue? How can I get outlook to send mail
again? ...
