Clicking Journal entry on Outlook homepage causes it to terminate

I created a custom Outlook homepage which includes my Journal.
Dragging an email or task (Also on my homepage) to the Journal (on the home
page) works as expected, creating a new Journal entry but if I click that
Journal entry (on the homepage) Outlook will terminate without warning. The

Archive file

I made an archive file, copied it to an external drive for safekeeping and
then re-installed my operating system including MS Office. When I try to open
the archive file an error message tells me it is not a personal files folder.
The file is archive.pst. Is there any way for me to get this file open? ...

Inbox Emails are Missing

All of my inbox emails are missing that are older than 5 weeks. Hotmail
support did a recovery but said they were not on their servers and stated
that I would have to contact Outlook. They were not deleted and are not in
