where are my old e mails that were in outlook 2000

i HAVE JUST INSTALLED 2003 AND SEE THAT THE ONLY PART OF MY OLD OUTLOOK THAT
HAS BEEN SAVED IS THE 'SENT' E MAILS. THERE ARE NONE IN IN BOX AND NO OTHER
FOLDERS THAT I HAD SAVED. THERE ARE ALSO NO ENTRIES IN THE ADDRESS BOOK.
HOW DO I FIND MY OLD MESSAGES ETC ?

I sync Microsoft CRM 4.0 and Outlook 2007 on my machine. I have been trying
to track my contacts in CRM from Outlook and the button is not there for some
of them. I found out that it is because some of my contacts say "Contact
