export data from inside an email

I have several hundred emails of web registrants, each email has the same
fields (name, addy, city, st, etc) Is there a way (or program) I can use to
point to the folder and tell it to grab all the data and put into an Excel
doc (or text file)????

Saving email as html and changing default setting

I normally save messages as an html document in previous Outlook. Upgraded
to Outlook 2007, and I just recently found that in Outlook 2007 my messages
supposedly "saved as" htmls, instead saved as (created) a file folder
containing metadata, etc. , and no copy of the message in the newly created
item.

how to stop "you have unsent messages" tab when exiting

box pops up upon exiting which says "you have unsent messages in your outbox"
(even if I do not have messages), will exit in XXXXX number of seconds.

How can I stop reply messages from displaying my signature and then having a
split to the right and showing the previous senders information on the right
side of the screen? Did I do something in the creation/editing of my email

An Unexpected Error Has Occurred

I am trying to send a group email using a distribution list that has worked
for the last five years.
When I click to send, it gives me a message: "An unexpected error has
occurred". I am using Outlook version 2003, SP3. The message was edited
using Word, and when the error came up I tried unclicking word ...

Email remains in taskbar

On occasion, and I cannot isolate what might cause this, an email I have sent
or opened and read, will still remain in the taskbar even though I have
closed it or deleted it or moved it to another folder. If I expand the
Outlook "bar" in the taskbar which shows what is open in Outlook and select
the email, ...
