Junk E-Mail folder

Hi,
A user's Junk E-Mail folder was somehow move to be a subfolder of the
'Notes' folder.
when i try to move it, i get the message 'Cannot move the items. Special
folders including the inbox, calendar, notes, tasks, and journal folders
cannot be moved"
