Change view in Outlook 2000

When I try to change the view in Outlook 2000 using Help I get a message like
"security settings in your browser are to high or ActiveX Control Ouactrl.ocx
didn't install correctly. All the recommended solutions don't work.
Any ideas? ...

mail goes to "unread mail" box instead of inbox

My e-mails show up only in the unread folder, not in the inbox. After they
are
viewed in the Unread folder, they are gone and can not be found when doing a
search in all folders. I made sure that my view is set to "messages" and
they still aren't coming into my inbox. Help!

I too am having all new mail go into my unread mail folder and not my inbox.
The current view is on "messages" not "unread mail." What do I do?

outlook will out use word as editor

when i archive files a new archive folder is created on the folder list . all
are empty but now i have archive folders on the folder list, How do i remove
these folder? i have tried all options in the help . i am using outlook 2000
