Problem here is all my programmes were pre-installed when I bought the
computer, so I dont have the discs to reload them.

If I am in my Inbox and need to create a message to multiple contacts (that I
know by company not by a sales rep name), the TO field links to the address
book and only supports a search by contact name. How do I set the default
address search to find a company rather than the contact name?

Office Home and Student 2007 wiped out the English, German and Spanish
dictionaries of Outlook Express, leaving only the French dictionary.
Surely Microsoft should be offering a free download or patch to resolve the
problem! I called their help office, and was told to call another number, at
a cost of £49, ...

Cannot right click in Inbox

For some reason all of a sudden I cannot right click in my Inbox. I have
tried a detect & Repair, and I also found the message suggesting I delete the
frmcache.dat and have done that. It still doesn't work. Any ideas? ...

Hi folks! I susbscribed to a bunch of Microsoft Office RSS feeds back on
December 12th. I've noticed that some of them (although not all) have not
been updated *at all* since I initially subscribed on December 12th.
Is that normal? Are the staff just spotty about blog entries? Or do I have a
