ghost email accounts

I have an old e-mail account, which I deleted a long time ago. (Like 3
years). It is no longer set up in Outlook 2000 in mail accounts. But I have
this "name@AOL.com FAV", "name@AOL.com office data file" and "name@AOL.com
SRS" file in my c:\documents and settings\my name\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook ...

I can receive but not reply to email. Neither can I create new messages.
The reply/new message box does not open There are smaller boxes with red Xs
in the corners where the dialog/message box should be. Any suggestions other

move folder option & others grayed out

folders list because I can't move folders. When I right click on the folder
name that option and others are grayed out. In searching for a solution I

Issue openning any Office 2007 Pro Application

New installation of Outlook 2007

My hard drive is about to fail and I will be reinstalling Windows XP Pro and
Outlook 2007 on the new drive. Once I install Outlook 2007, I will place the

Can I set the default due date for tasks to "none" when creating

Most of the "Tasks" I create do not require a "Due Date". Can I change a
setting so that created tasks have a due date of "None"?
Also, similarly, many of the calander items I create do have a specific time
of day, yet the default is "All Day" checked. Can that default setting be
changed as well? ...

Data File Not Closing Properly

Sometimes I am not able to close Outlook and I end up having to shut down my
computer. The next time I open Outlook it says that a data file 'personal
folders' did not close properly and is being checked.
Any solutions?
