I am having difficulty delaying send in OUtlook 2007 even though I am on a
microsoft exchange email server. I used to be able to do so in 2003 version,

I used to click on any link sent to my email inbox, and get connected to that
link's website. lately I cannot do that can you help getting that option back?

No [Send - Receive] Button in Outlook 2003

Rules only work on plain text emails?

I'm using OL 2007 with Vista Ultimate.
My rules only seem to work when I send emails as plain text. When I send
them as HTML, they don't get picked up.
