I go into Tools and out of office assistant and change the message but it
reverts back to the old message that I had typed in before. How do I change
the message and ensure that the email recipients see the new message? ...

Outlook Connector fails to install

I have tried to install Outlook Connector 12.1 to use for my hotmail e-mail
but the setup fails saying that I don't have Office Outlook 2003 or 2007
installed. Here is a picture:

How can I view a screen that answers this question:
What follow up items do I have today?
Is there some sort of way to calendar follow up?
Basically, I dial from contacts, make a journal entry, hang up and
ctrl-shift-G schedule follow up. It would be great if I could view those
items via the calendaring feat ...

Read Receipt Response Email displaying "Unknown"

I'm using Microsoft Office 2003 (Outlook), when I send email to more than 9
recipients in a single email addressed in "TO" field with "Read Receipt"
enabled, and if I receive Read Receipt email from all of the recipients, the
message shows only "Unknown" in the message body like the following:

I have problems connecting the exchangeserver with SBS-2003 when in China. I
also tried to establish a new connction for local user in PRC, but in vain. I
think the authorities disconnect for something but I don't what - can anybody

outlook freezes and crashes my computer
