Creating distribution list from a message

I will sometimes receive a message with a number of people listed in
the ?To? field. If I right click on one of the names I can add that
addressee to a new contact. Is there a way to add the entire list to
a distribution list, either new or existing, without doing it one by
one? ...

I'm using Outlook 2002 Pro sp3 with an Exchange 2003 server.
The 'mail format' being used is HTML with Word as the email editor.

Cannot copy PST files

I have an Iomega network dive that contains about 25 PST files, each in their
own folder. Using the Iomega backup software, I am trying to back up these
files to another USB drive, but when the job completes, about 5 of the
folders did not copy. Most or all of the PSTs that did not copy are large.

Outlook 2007: Easily find a folder accidentally dragged elsewhere?

If you have lots of nested folders and accidentally drag a folder to another
folder, is there an easy way to locate the folder? I'm thinking of something
like doing an advanced find on a specific email, which can have the 'in

Unable to move mail from one folder to another

Once in a while, a message gets moved from the inbox into an incorrect
folder. When I try to move the message again, I get a message telling me
that it can't be moved because it's already been moved into its current
folder and can't be moved again. Has this happened to anyone else, and how
did you correct ...

Hyperlink does not work in Microsoft Outlook

When I receive e-mail in Microsoft Outlook which has a hyperlink to another
location, such as an e-mail from Williams-Sonoma with a hyerlink to its
Winter Specials, the hyperlink does not work. This happens not only with
Williams-Sonoma but with other e-mails.
How can I fixl this?

Wont close or send/recieve

Outlook 2007 will not close. When I use the red X or file exit, it just sits
there. The only way to end the program is to use task manager.
Also wont send/recieve emails.
I have uninstalled/reinstalled it. ...
