why do my notes in outlook disappear?

Hello,
I have saved several bits of information under "Notes" in Outlook. After a
while they either disappear or get archived (without any warning). I search
everywhere for them but cannot locate them.
Does anyone know if orwhere they get stored, what the file name would be and
how can I prevent this ...

Outlook 2003 w/Office Student 2007 cannot use Word for messages

I just upgraded my 3 PCs from Office Student & Teacher 2003 to Office Student
2007. Of course, the 2007 version no longer includes Outlook. Not being able
to shell out the $$$ for 3 computers w/ Outlook 2007, I left the 2003 version.
Everything works correctly EXCEPT I cannot use MS Word to edit and compose ...

You're not really "moving" to a UNICODE format so much as creating a new
UNICODE file and moving the contents of your old ANSI formatted file.
Your old ANSI files will still exist.
To force a manual compact go to the folder list in Outlook, right-click

The other thing to be concerned with is that if the recipients complain
about your messages you could get blacklisted. It doesn't matter in
that case how many messages you send to how many domains. It would just
take enough of the users to submit you to one of the Spam reporting
services and you could end ...

I need to insert an email into a word document and would like to see the
"yellow icon" in the word document and be able to click on the icon and have
the email open. I have seen this done before - How does one do this?

send/receive in outlook doesn't always work

When i check for e-mail in Outlook using my send/receive tab it will work for
a couple of hours/checks and then it won't, nor will F9. I have to use the
drop down arrow on the tab to Download headers, then mark headers then
process headers.....what a pain. Is there some setting i need to

to archive. Is there a way to set a "Do Not Archive" flag on these messages
without have to go back through manually and put them in my active folders
