Notification to external address, not forwarding?

I have a need to send a notification to an external email address when new
mail arrives. I do not want to forward messages and I do not want to reply to
the sender of the messages, I just want to send a notification that there is
new messages. Is this possible with Exchange 2003 & Outlook 2007? Can I

manual send / receive not working?

When in e-mails and click on send / receive in the top tool bar to do a
manual send / receive the action is not appearing in the bottom tool bar and
does not seem to be working? ...

HTML e-mail appears blank in Outlook 2003

Same issue, however if I do a reply to the message the HTML content appears
in the reply message. So the content is there, just not available to read by
the receiving person unless you select reply. Stumped!! ...

Envelope icon appears but there is no new mail

I am using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP. The envelope icon frequently appears
in the lower right corner but I have no new mail in my InBox. Which means
that I often then I have new mail in my Inbox when, in fact, I do not. (I
clean out my Junk mail several times a day, but this doesn't seem to do the
trick ...
