Outlook 2007 will not open when double click email

When using Outlook 2007, I can see the emails in the pane to the right just
fine and I can open the attachments within the email.

Signatures

I have a signature that consists of about four lines with a small photo
at the right side. When I create a e-mail, the signature is added with the
photograph on the LEFT side between lines one & two of my signature text.
This is NOT what I want. How do I keep outlook from rearranging this?

cannot receive email - unknown error

I have tested the mail settings and it says they are okay, but I cannot
receive mail. The error message is - Receiving' reported error (0x80040600) :
'Unknown Error 0x80040600'
I have been having problems with Outlook off and on for a couple days. If I
reinstall the program will it clear out all of my folders ...

There was someone answer ing me a Diane Poremsky on a problem I'm having with
dates changing when I change the time on the Calendar. I presume that she
was unable to answer since I've not received and answer now. Can anyone
tell me where I could go that I could talk to someone!!!
