Old email provider keeps popping up!

i have changed my email provider and deleted from email accounts as per
instructions. the thing is, there is an "enter network password" popup that
constantly appears whenever send/receive is activated. it is driving me nuts!
pls can someone help? there must be a setting somewhere that i can access and
delet ...

Since Outlook 2000 i have used rules to move messages to folders (based on
from whom it is and which account it was received thru). This has not
affected the envelope that shows in the system tray when new emails has
arrived.

too often the "not reponding" window comes u when on Microsoft Explorer or on
Mocrosoft Outlook......the choice of solving the problem,shutting down or
continue comes up......it is never solved ...

Outlook 2003 stopped sending email

custom sounds

I have a problem where outlook in 2003 has stopped playing my custom sound
for new mail notification and instead just plays a beep sound. The sound is
still set up correctly and working ok when you test it but just not when new
mail is received. I have just upgraded to 2007 and the problem still exists.

I have just loaded outlook 2007 on but the problem also happened with 2003
where the custom sound for new mail notification that i had set up has
stopped working, instead i just get a beep sound when i get new mail now. It

How to open outlook email hotlinks in another browser

email the link opens up in internet explorer. However, my browser of choice
is firefox. Can someone tell my how I set up outlook email to open hotlinks

Can't Send Email in Outlook 2003

I am not able to send email in Outlook 2003. I get an "undeliverable" message
stating that "Your message did not reach some or all of the intended
recipients" and then "the following recipients could not be reached".
I test the email account (POP) under "email accounts" and the test works
fine and successfully ...
