I've got a Dell 3115cn Multifunction Laser Printer.
It is capable of faxing straight from the printer, but because of the amount
of faxing that our company does, im trying to setup a fax server...
Here's the issue...we're running Windows Server 2003 Standard R2. Our email
server is not local.

I'm using Outlook 2003 to send Excel Documents via the Fax Transport
Service to a fax recipient. Sometimes the wrong file is sent according
to the Fax Console, and the recipient, however the Sent Items in
Outlook appear correct? Any ideas? ...

We use fax feature with Small Business Server 2003 and Outlook 2007.
We use to send fax using the address style [FAX:0,021234567] (we type it),
the "," stands for a pause when accessing an external line to send the fax.

I'm at a company using a network fax machine, a Canon ir2020 using
Outlook as the contact manager.
Everyone else in the company using Outlook 2003, has no issues in
sending faxes to anybody in their contacts.
