Faxing from Outlook

Our office uses Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition server software. We have
eight computers networked to the server. We all have Windows XP OS and 2003
Office.
We want to be able to fax using our 2003 Outlook. It is hard trying to

I use to send faxes directly from Outlook 2000 through WinXP Fax
Made (published) a custom form to do so, in Plain Text.
Question:
can I make a custom form in HTML or RTF, just to get some more options as to
format my texts?
Which one is the best (html or rtf)?

at remote side is in manual mode, they must give me a fax signal before

Unable to route fax

Hi, I've a problem with my Windows Fax.
It's installed on a Windows 2003 Server with Exchange.
I've setting my Fax to route incoming faxes to a mailbox using my Smtp
and works without problem.
2 days ago I've change my modem fax and now the routing can't works.

I am using Outlook 2000 and for some reason I lost Symantec Fax starter that
Outlook using for sending faxes. I reinstated it using the wizard. Should
the Fax Started be listed under my printer and faxes dialog box. How do I
