Contacts: How do not show the fax number

Hi,
I work with Outlook 2003. When I do a new e-mail, I click th To button and
go to my contact. I found 2 same name. One with e-mail adress and the
other with fax number.
How do not show the fax number ?

could I have your advice on how to set up fax on PC.
I have stand alone fax machine and fax modem installed on PC. what I
need is instead of sending the faxes through machine I would prefer
sending through MS word. I use 56 K fax modem and land phone line.

I have switched to sending faxes from OL2003, using Slipstick's/Russ'
procedure. Sending works OK, but receiving starts communicating with the
sending fax machine, which ends with OK, but my receipt ends with a Fatal
Error. It appears in the Incoming folder but at the end it disappears ...

One of the faxes I created with WinFax SE in Outlook 2000 apparently has
gotten stuck somewhere on my system. It was a test fax, sent to my own fax
