contacts issue after changing to Microsoft Exchange

When I compose a new email and hit the "TO" button I no longer have access
to my contacts. I have tried to change the properties of the contacts to
"show this folder as an address book" but the selection box is not selectable. ...

I just bought and cannot syn my outlook contacts with my blackbeerry storm.
Anyone elso having the same problem? I have a homail account and use outlook
as my default email program but the phone will not pickup the contacts.

Unexpected error upon sending message to Distribution list

I have used DLs for about a year now, but last week the message failed to
send and I got an error box "unexpected error occured". I have not changed
anything and re-created the list twice and still the same message. I have two
other DLs and the same thing is happening. Please help.

contact list up until today when it did not appear in my contact list. When

Printing the Global Address List

I knew there had to be an easy way to do this. I was searching all morning when it came to me.
We're using Outlook/Exchange 2003
From outlook:
File>New>Distribution List
Select everyone from the GAL
Click print
Don't save the new list.
You're done!
