How do I do this?

Need help with outlook contatcs

Ihad had to move my pst file and run scanpst which may have contributed to
this.
The problem is when I click on a contact the email address goes away while
it is visible when i see a listing of all e-mail addresses.

My agency is starting to use the Active Directory as our internal Agency
Directory for all staff. We are using Outlook 2003 and it would be very
helpful if users could type a name in the "Find a Contact" box and use that
to search the Global Address List.

Since switching from OUtlook express to OUtlook I am no longer able to simply
change an e-mail address in the address book and have that change carried
automatically through to whatever distribution list that address is part of.

I have two outlook contact files - HELP

Somehow, I have two "contact" files... one has date, the default one does
not... in other words, if I try "carolsm" in the email address line, it
should find carolsmith@exhibitimaging.com... but it doesn't. it asks me to

two, in which some may be duplicate... but I only want 1 contact list. Can
