How do I import a contact list from excel to Outlook?

Hi,
I am having trouble importing a contact list in an excel spreadsheet into
Outlook.
I exported an existing contact group, then i added contacts in their
respective fields e.g. company > company, name > name.
then import it as a file>from excel spreadsheet 1997-2003, but it doesn't
add the contacts I a ...

Outlook 2007 Address Book cannot display contacts

My Outlook 2007 Personal Address Book cannot display the correct addresses
listed in My Outlook Contacts. When I add new contacts they do not show in
the Personal Address Book. I followed the clear, Outlook 2007 instructions
to correct the problem but they did not work ...

When I bring up the address book from contacts for an email the names are not
listed alphabetically even though they are in the address book if I go to the
list in contacts. What setting do I need to change in order to see the list
alphabetized? I am using Outlook 2003 on a comuter running Windows XP Pro. ...

After mothrboard problem,
am using this computer temporarily signed on as as a "user" (other than the
"owner"
I returned to outlook 2003 - entered inbox, left clicked
"new" ; clicked onto address book icon in the "to" portion of the new email

Hi, I am using a Dell mini lap-top. When I open a contact to edit it the
address part is way off the screen and I can't scroll down. Does anyone know

Christmas card addresses

Silly question, but here goes: we like to prepare envelopes for Christmas
cards using the "name" like this: The Smith Family - then their
address...kind of makes them more personalized. Any way of adding a custom
line to contacts for this type of "name"? ...

I need to compile a customer database and have email reminders sent out
automatically to groups and sub-groups at predetermined dates, ie; every 3
months, every year,... Does MS have this capability in one of its programs? ...

I am having the same probelm with the below ... but I have vista 32 bit system.
Problem: Contacts in Outlook 2007 not available in "To" field in Mail.
Attempts:
1) Right click Contacts, Properties, Outlook Address Book tab, Show this
folder as an e-mail Address Book is greyed out.
