Sending to contacts with same name

When I add contacts to an email with the same name eg; rob@net and
robert@net, then click send I get a message saying there are 2 possible
matches but it wont let me select both contacts and then I have to send a
seperate email to each contact. How do I solve this? ...

Address book first name last name not consistent

When looking in the address book, such as in Word to fill in an envelope,
there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to how the contacts are
listed by name. If I look in my contacts I can have two names both filed
last name, first name, exactly the same. But when I look in the address book

I want to send a message to all my outlook cantacts asking them to upate
their details and for it to do it to my address book automatically plaxo used
to have this facility but no longer does. Does anyone have any ideas or no of
any other suitable programmes

How do I add "Office Location" to the contact form?

I would like to add the field "Office Location" to the contact form (General
section).
Also, the "Home" phone is after the business (Order of numbers: Business,
Home, Business Fax, Mobile) and would like to move it to the end since
business cards usually don't have home numbers.

Remove Unwanted email Address from Outlook

In Outlook, when we want to send emails, in "To:" field, I type "a" then all
the email address starting from that letter is displayed. Now, in this some
are not in my contact list, but once I have sent the email to that address. I

Contact Activities & Archive Folder

Hi there. I am having some issues with the Activities tab in each of my
Contacts. I cannot view any emails that were archived in my Contact
Activities tab, even though I added Archive folder in the Activities tab in
