Share contacts in Outlook 2003

Hope someone can help me here.
We have a user with a shared contacts in Outlook 2003, running from an
Exchange 2003 account. The user has created a few contacts subfolders
under the main ccontacts folder. If he shares out his contacts then
whoever accesses it cannot see the subfolders. I have tried ...

Outlook 2007: Create Task or Appointment from Contact form

is it possible to create a new task or appointment from inside a 2007 Contact
form. In 2003 it was easy - just hitting the 'Actions' button on top toolbar.
I can't believe that Microsoft would simply remove this excellent
functionality in the name of progress!

Outlook formatted phone numbers and now doesn't. How 2 get back?

Outlook 2007 migrated from 2003. When originally installed Outlook formatted
phone numbers into (nnn) nnn-nnnn when the number was entered nnnnnnnnnn. Now
it doesn't and I cna't find the sqwitch to turn this back on. Help please! ...
