IMPORT command not showing up under File menu

Yikes! I have re-installed Outlook 2003 twice, and also run a detect and
repair. I have a whole list of contacts from my former office I need to
import. The words "Import" and "Export" don't appear ANYWHERE under ANY menu.

Address book not showing up in fax

I have a computer set up as a fax server, to be used for faxing only.
I have the address book set up. When I choose Address Book, under start
menu, all 100 names show up. On the left side, main identity contacts folder,
is selected.
I want to send a fax. I go to Word, write the letter, choose Print, change ...

Move all contact addresses from "other" to "business"

plus sign disappears when saving contact

I want to add a plus sign to a contact in outlook 2007 in the phonenumber field
When i save and close the editing window and re-open the contact then the
plus sign has disappeared
It seems that the plus sign cannot be saved ...

how can i automatically save e-mail address when sending email in

When I am sending an e-mail message I would like Outlook to automatically
save the e-mail address I use to my contacts.
I can do it easily in Yahoo but have no idea how to with Outlook.

Can't Import Outlook 2007 Contacts to Outlook 2007

previous installation in a PST file via the export function. I attempted to

I am a newer user of Outlook. and found it challenging to export and import
contacts and keep the information intact.
My contact list has about 3500 entries and is divided into 2 dozen
categories. Many names appear in more than one category.

Help searching the notes field of contacts / office 2007

The search function does not search the notes section. Is there a fix to
this?
I have found some other threads that don't seem to come up with a solution.

we don't have the type of personnell who can do code work - how can we export
the lists to use in another application from the delegates? mail merge won't
create an excel spreadsheet with just the contact info - i want the contacts,
not lables or letters....
