How do I change the defaut appointment settings in Calendar?

I want to change my appointments so that it defaults to "out of office"
instead of 'busy' and to a reminder time of "3 hours" instead of "15 min".
Is there a way to do that or is the my company e-mail admin that establishes
that?

archived calendar items dispappeared - Outlook 2003

I create my icalendar from my web and I did set VALARM in .ics file code:
BEGIN:VALARM
ACTION:DISPLAY
DESCRIPTION:REMINDER

but it it doesn't work. This process is getting calendar from Internet
calendar.
Please give me any suggest.

How can I see the upcoming (not the last) month in month view?

Extra data for appointments
