use Outlook to create follow-up reminders after I mail out documents to

Updating a meeting request & sending updates to attendees

and edit it without sending a whole new invite to the attendees but

My calender has suddenly changed colour settings, the "work hours" are now
displayed in 2 different colours, Monday-Thursday are a NEW dark blue and
Friday-Sunday are the original blue. How do i get bak to teh original blue
for the work hours

How do I stop my calendar from deleting new appointments?

My company installed Office 07 about 3 weeks ago and ever since my calendar
deletes all appointmnents I set up for 2009. They are there for about 10
minutes then they are automatically deleted.
What I can I do get this to stop? ...

I created a secondary calendar in Outlook to display staff leave and team
meetings. Followed all instructions for selecting permissions but my team
still can't view the shared calendar. What am I missing? ...

Shared Calendars

My computer has Office 2007 and I am allowed to "share" other office staff
calendars. I will "share" them and they usually stay "shared" for several
days and then, for example, this morning I opened Outlook and went into
