Hi all,
My colleague is using Outlook 2003 on a Windows XP machine, the mailbox
is on Exchange 2003 Server. He also uses a Blackberry Mobile.
He uses Outlook Web Access to view his emails on his blackberry and
used the blackberry redirector to sync his calendar and contacts.

calendar printing assistant error opening other calendars

I just installed office 2007 and calendar printing assistant on a new laptop.
When I open CPA and select my additional calendars to overlay, they show up

feature in her email, is this turned on by default?, as iwith all recipients
having access to each others calendars?...? if so, can i turn off people
being able to access other people's notes?

Timezone Display

My Schedule's timezone display sometimes changes by itself.
The Label disappears at some time, & appear sometimes.
Is there a known issue on this matter ?
