Proposed changes can't be deleted or accepted

Here is the problem our users are running in to with Outlook 2007 on Vista.
I'm going to make up some user names so this makes more sense.
Joy creates a calendar event and sends it out to several recipients.
Everyone accepts the event.
Then one of the recipients will propose a change of time or place.

change an appointment creates recurring appointment

Whenever I go to change information on an existing appointment, ie different
time. Outlook changes the appointment to a recurring appt every week after
it is saved.
When I make the change it is not recurring, when I look at the calendar it
is recurring and I have to go remove the recurrance from the appt.

I created a calendar entry on behalf of Mickey and sent out to attendees. I
listed the location as Room 7-3-401.
I reopened Mickey's calendar to change the location to TBD due to a conflict
in rooming.
Conflict was resolved and I reopened the calendar to reinstitute Room
7-3-401 â?¦ the message I receive is ...

Can I synch my exchange calendar with my outlook personal calendar

I have tried running outlook with the cleanfreebusy and cleanreminders
switches. Nothing

Are there any best practices for sending meeting requests to distribution
lists? I saw in the Dos and Don'ts to expland the DL first.
Has anyone seen an issue with copying and pasting a meeting request to
antoher day and the orginial meeting request disappears? ...
