Showing Meeting Organizer in Scheduling View

Using Exchange Server 2003 with Outlook 2007.
'Psuedo' mailboxes have been setup for different facilities in our physical
office ( ex: conference rooms ) so they can be selected as Resources when
scheduling a New Meeting in Outlook.

reocurring or onetime meetings, before the due date of them, and also that
the people who send her the invitations do not see her acceptance/decline--

Outlook 2000 Calendar

In attempting to secure an older system (running Windows 2000 and Office
2000) by adding a login password, apparently this wiped out or eliminated the
pathway to the file where all our Outlook calendar information had been
stored in the old, unsecured profile.

How do I stop incoming messages picking up my default reminder tim

When I get sent a message it picks up my default reminder time (I changed it
to 23mins to test it!). This did not happen with Outlook 2000, how do I stop
it iin 2007?

Phone Call Appointments

I often set up an appointment when I have a outbound call to make. Often
these contacts don't have email addresses nor do I want to send them anything
anyhow. I just upgraded to 2007 from 2003 and I used to attach a shortcut of
the call recipient to the appoint . This made it very easy when the appt
comes up ...

Tasks not displayed

Hi All,
Does any one knows why the tasks aren't viewed at the monthly view of the
calendar? In weekly view and the day view I can see the tasks but not in
weekly view!!!!
