I downloaded and tried to install the CPA and receive the message that I

how do I share a calendar but show the shared person filter data

I want to share my calendar, but I do not want the person to see the rest of
my calendar entries...I just want to show work related items...I do use
categories in my calendar.
If you tell me to create a second personal calendar, then I will need to
know how to sync my PDA with both calendars...if possible. ...

Meeting Notices different after Vista

With XP my meeting notices sent to Outlook would appear automatically in my
calendar (not accepted, but included in my calendar) so that I received
reminders of the meetings even if I had not accepted.
Now with Vista (and updated Outlook), meeting notices do not appear in my
calendar untill I open the meeti ...

I am able to export an Putlook Calendar to an xls. Do the required junk in excel (select the cells to import, click insert->name->define, create name range for selected cells. Duplicate Meetings on Bosses calander

We have a Boss and his secretary. We are using exchange 2003.
Boss is using Outlook 2003 and Secretary is using Outlook 2007 (just
recently upgraded)
Secretary is Delegate (Editor) of Bosses calendar and they have it setup so
