I would like to make it impossible to answer tentative to a meeting request.
I mean that they only can answer "accept" or "decline.
Is this possible?

Hi,
It could possibly be a very simple problem but I am having a mental blank
and I haven't seen this before.
I have a user in our office (we're running exchange) who has some shared
calanders in his outlook. Previously these just sat there for him to view
whenever he wanted to. But now he is getting pop ...

There seems to be shortcoming with the way the Microsoft Outlook Calendar
return e-Mail functions when accepting meetings.
When ACCEPTING a Calendar Meeting, and one chooses to EDIT and then SEND a
reply as an option, for example including some material in the reply before
accepting the invitation ...

Can't delete Meeting created by user that no longer exists in doma

This is in relation to Outlook 2007.
We have a reoccuring meeting in our office calendar that was created awhile
ago. The user that created the meeting no longer works here and has since
been removed from active directory.
When I go to delete this calendar entry I am prompted to send the meeting

Problem with receiving meeting requests

When I receive meeting requests from others, my preview pane in Outlook shows
"No response necessary". It is only after I open the email that the message
shows "Accept, Decline, Tentative" etc. Any ideas what is happening? Is there
a setting that I need to change? ...

doesn't place the meeting in the calendar. How do you change the default to

How can I set up a recurring appt on the same date, not day?

I am trying to set up an "appointment" that occurs on the 1st & 16th of every
month. I know how to do if it occurs on every Monday or once a month, etc..
but I'm not sure how I can have it show up on my calendar on certain dates
